RODRILL ROIM-45 23.2 PILE DRIVING RIG

This pile driving rig is mounted on a Cat 345C base carrier which supports a 60′-0″ mast manufactured by RoDrill and is equipped with an APE (American Piledriving Equipment) 1600 in-lb fixed moment vibro-hammer capable of a drive force of 109 tons with 45,000 lbs of hoist and 30,000 lbs of crowd.

This equipment is primarily used to construct Rammed Aggregate Piers up to 45′-0″ deep but is also suitable for Sheet Pile and H-Pile installation or extraction. Alternatively, the mast and vibro-hammer can easily be removed and the equipment converted back to a fully functional 45 ton excavator.
