Engineered Design Services
If the preliminary proposal is acceptable and we are contracted to carry out the work, we will prepare a final design.
During final design phase we will:
- Acquire structural loads provided by others
- Acquire geotechnical investigation provided by others
- Finalize the foundation design
- Prepare stamped engineered shop drawings
We provide in-house engineering solely for the purpose of expediting the project so that the final design and preparation of stamped engineered shop drawings can be carried out quickly and the project started without any delays caused by third parties.
